NEVU Music d.o.o. ("we", "us", or "our") operates the PERFECT SLICE mobile application (the "Service").

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

1. Information Collection and Use

While using our Service, we may collect certain information to provide and improve the game experience.

A. Leaderboard Data

To provide the Highscore Leaderboard feature, we collect the following information when you voluntarily submit your score:

• Username: The name you choose to display on the leaderboard.

• Country: Your approximate location (country) based on your selection or IP address to display your national flag.

• Score: Your game performance results.

This information is public and can be seen by other players within the game.

B. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service or to serve advertisements:

• Google AdMob: Used for displaying advertisements. AdMob may collect data such as your Advertising ID to show personalized ads.

• Google Play Game Services: If you sign in via Google Play, they may collect your profile information according to their own privacy policy.

C. App Infrastructure (WebView) Our application is built using a web-to-native wrapper. This technology uses standard WebView components to display game content. While the wrapper itself does not collect personal data, it facilitates the communication between the app and the highscore database. 

2. Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

3. Data Retention

The leaderboard data (Username, Country, Score) is stored as long as the leaderboard is active. You can contact us if you wish to have your specific entry removed.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

Since NEVU Music d.o.o. is based in Croatia (EU), we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to:

• Access the data we have about you.

• Request the deletion of your leaderboard data.

• Withdraw consent at any time.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
